She spelled my name wrong on my coffee table book which went from only taking 6 weeks to receive to 12 weeks. Anyway, my name was spelled wrong and she told me that I had to take it with the wrong name or she would make a dust cover for my book. You know what a dust cover is one of those things that tear and fall off your hardback books you purchase from bookstores. When I asked her to fix the problem she became agitated and short not wanting to correct her mistake. I booked her after getting a referal from my chapel. I am going on over 7 months from my wedding and still can't get my photos. I have called her every day and emailed her. I stop by her studio weekly and can never find her there. She never responds to any of my attempts to contact her. There was recently a story about her on the news which you can view at KFOR.com. She has many other customers that have been treated the same way. Some of them have been without photos for up to a year. You can also view many complaints agaist her that were filed with the better business bureau on their website. According to their information she has not responded to any of those complaints. I would highly suggest finding another photographer if you are consindering this one.
